How do I begin a dry suit repair?

To get your gear repaired, just head over to our website Immersion Research Repairs.
There, you can explore our repair services and pick the ones you need. Once you've completed the checkout process, we'll send you instructions on how to ship your gear to us.

Does IR repair other brands?

Yes, we offer repairs on all brands.

Is my gear worth repairing?

If your gear has been put through the ringer, and you have your doubts, email us at info@immersionresearch.com with detailed photos of your gear. We can help determine if your gear is worth repairing.

Shipping and Drop Off

How do I get my gear to you?

After checkout, keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder!) for shipping instructions to one of our two locations. These instructions should arrive within 5 minutes. If you don't see them, please reach out to us.

Getting your gear to us is your responsibility.

If you are shipping us your gear, you will pay for a return shipping label at checkout.

I don't know what my gear needs, can I just send my stuff off?

Please don't send in your gear without getting in touch with us first. If you're not sure what to do, our customer support team is ready to assist you.
