The Details
For all new, unused items, a full refund will be issued if the item is returned within 60 days. New items returned after 60 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please keep items in new condition with the tags attached. We accept returns on both current and discounted items.
For used items returned within 30 days, a full refund will be issued. Returns are not accepted on used items that were purchased more than 30 days prior.
We DO NOT offer exchanges. If you decide to return an item and would like something else, please place a new order. This ensures that you get what you want in the quickest way possible.
The Process
Start by heading to our returns portal. You'll need your 5 digit order number. Enter the details about your return, then choose your preferred return shipping method. If you opt a pre-paid shipping label, a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
You can also arrange your own return shipping.
Please include a copy of the original packing list or a note that references your 5 digit order number and let us know the reason for returning the item.
If you are returning an item that was purchased from one of our dealers or at one of our retail stores, you'll need to contact us to set up a return.

You can use a pre-paid Fedex Ground shipping label, but if you opt to set it up on your own, any carrier method will work.
We do our best to completely process returns within 3 business days of the date they arrive. In peak seasons, it can take a little longer for a return to be processed. You'll be notified via email once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up 7 business days to appear on your account.
Didn't receive what you ordered?
We do our best to ensure your order is packed correctly the first time but we’re human; sometimes we make mistakes. If you didn’t receive the correct item please contact our customer service team. We’ll create a pre paid return label so you can return your package at no cost to you.
