International Order Shipping

We can ship our gear to many countries throughout the world. Prior to making your purchase, please know that all international orders are subject to duties, taxes, and other fees. See the full list here.

Import Duties and Taxes

We aim to make international shipping as seamless as possible. To prevent surprise invoices, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This guaranteed landed cost means you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

International Returns and Exchanges

We offer easy online returns for all international orders. Please visit our returns portal to obtain an RMA number. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

You'll be refunded for the purchase price of the item(s), but we don't refund shipping fees. 

We cannot refund any fees paid to parties outside of Immersion Research. To be refunded for any taxes/duties/import fees, you'll need to reach out to the appropriate party.
