Shipping Information
At Immersion Research, we try to make shipping as carefree as possible. We know getting your gear to its final destination on time is essential.
In stock orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday - Friday) Eastern Standard Time will usually receive same day shipment. Most importantly, orders over $99.00 will receive free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. This does not apply to international or pro orders. We ship via FedEx and USPS, each offering expedited options at checkout.
Most orders will ship from our warehouse in Confluence, Pennsylvania. On occasion, some items will ship from our retail store in Hood River, Oregon.
At this point in time, delays and other issues with the US Postal Service are well documented. If you're in need of expedited shipping, we HIGHLY SUGGEST choosing a FedEx offering. They are much more reliable and consistent when it comes to delivery.
NOTE: When free shipping is selected at checkout, Immersion Research will determine the most efficient shipping option for your order. Your carrier options are FedEx or USPS. If you have a preferred free shipping option please let us know in the order notes section.

International Shipments
Shipments outside of the United States could incur additional duties and fees. Customers may be subject to duties and taxes upon product arrival! Any additional costs are to be paid by the recipient. Immersion Research is not responsible for these costs. International customers are NOT eligible for free shipping.
Estimated Shipping Time for US Orders
*Due to increased volume, many shipping carriers are experiencing delays in service. We highly recommend selecting an expedited shipping method if you need your order by a certain date. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit.*
