Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Due to COVID-19 all returned parcels are being held for 72-hours before being processed as a precautionary measure. Please expect shipping delays. We are making PPE (personal protective equipment i.e face mask) for our local communities around the clock.

Shipping Policies

At Immersion Research we try to make shipping as carefree as possible. We know getting your gear to its final destination on time is quintessential.  

In stock orders placed before 11:00 am (Monday - Friday) eastern standard time will receive same day shipment. Most importantly orders over 99.00 will receive free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. We ship via FedEx and USPS and have a variety of expedited shipping options available for your convince at checkout. Please choose accordingly at checkout. 

NOTE: When free shipping is selected at checkout Immersion Research will determine the most efficient shipping option for your order. Your carrier options are FedEx and USPS. If you have a preferred free shipping (USPS or FedEx) option please attach that in the order notes section.

Return Policies

30 day unconditional guarantee. Doesn’t fit? Don’t like it? Send it back.

Simply fill out our return and exchange form included with your order. If you no longer have the return and exchange for please download the return and exchange form, print it out and include it with your return. No printer? No problem. Just open the return and exchange form on you phone or computer and make your own using a piece of paper, cardboard, or whatever you have laying around and include it with your return.

Return Policy

We don’t put a time limit on returns, but we ask that returns be made as soon as possible and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. We accept returns on both current and discounted items.

Didn't receive what you ordered?

We do our best to ensure your order is packed correctly the first time but we’re human; sometimes we make mistakes. If you didn’t receive the correct item please contact our customer service team. We’ll create a pre paid return label so you can return your package at no cost to you.

When we receive your package we'll process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.

We do our best to process returns within 3 business days of the date they arrive. During peak season, it can take a little longer for returns to be processed. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up 7 business days to appear on your account.
