Get Started by Creating a Repair Ticket
Starting mid September, all repairs will be pre-paid. Contact our repair team, let us know the issue, then we’ll get back to you with an invoice for the desired services.
Once paid, we’ll let you know where to ship your gear. DO NOT SHIP GEAR TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THE REPAIR TEAM.
Please note that if we’ll be shipping your gear back to you, the invoice will include a shipping charge. This covers return shipping. You’ll be responsible for getting the gear to our repair facility.
If additional repairs are needed, we’ll contact you with an invoice to pay for the additional repairs. Please let us know if you’d like to proceed as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within 2 business days, we’ll complete the repairs requested initially, then send the gear back when it’s done.
Please start the process by submitting a repair ticket here.

Drywear
We inspect the gaskets, zippers, overall health of the garment and let you know if there's anything we think needs attention before it can be tested. Before doing any testing the garment is washed using a cleaner made specifically for waterproof/breathable fabric and treated with an enzyme solution to neutralize odor and stop mildew. After drying we pressurize the garment and mark any leaks. Patching is charged at the rates outlined below. Once we've finished patching dry suits all waterproof zippers will be lubricated. We recommend having a dry suit pressure tested and patched once a year.
If the results of the pressure test determine that the suit is beyond repair, customers are still responsible for the costs of the test.
We repair any visible tears or leaks we marked in a pressure test using the same waterproof/breathable seam tape we use to build IR drywear. Exterior patches are made using the same neoprene seam tape IR skirts are built with.
