Pro & Industry Deal Application

To renew or create your pro account, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1) Sign up with American Whitewater using their Standard Membership Form (ALL membership tiers acceptable including the Standard, Student, Ender Club, Family, Platinum Paddler, Explorer, and Lifetime Member!).

Already a member? Great! We'll just need a copy of your membership card or a screenshot from the AW site.

Step 2) Email prodeal@immersionresearch.com with your AW membership information and a copy of your most recent paystub attached. Paystubs must have a minimum of 20 hours and cannot be more than a season old.

Please black out your financial information.

YOU MUST EMAIL US! OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT SEE PRO PRICING.

Step 3) Wait patiently. Typically, we'll get back to you within a week or less.

Step 4) We will email you an activation link in a separate thread.

Step 5) Follow the link to activate your account and start shopping.
