Holiday Shipping Information

Holiday Shipping Period - November 23 to January 3

At Immersion Research, we try to make shipping as carefree as possible. We know getting your gear to its final destination on time is essential.  

We do our best to ship in stock orders placed before 11:00 am EST (Monday - Friday) on the day they are placed. Due to an increased volume of orders, some orders may not ship until the next business day. All domestic orders over $99.00 will receive free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. We ship via FedEx and USPS and offer a variety of expedited shipping options available for your convince at checkout. Please choose accordingly at checkout. 

At this point in time, delays and other issues with the US Postal Service are well documented. If you're in need of expedited shipping, we HIGHLY SUGGEST choosing a FedEx offering. They are much more reliable and consistent when it comes to delivery. 

NOTE: When free shipping is selected at checkout Immersion Research will determine the most efficient shipping option for your order. Your carrier options are FedEx and USPS. If you have a preferred free shipping (USPS or FedEx) option please attach that in the order notes section.

International Shipments

Shipments outside of the United States could incur additional duties and fees. Customers may be subject to duties and taxes upon product arrival! 

Orders shipped outside of the US do not qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Shipping Time for US Orders

Orders will ship from our warehouse in Confluence, Pennsylvania. Delivery times may vary drastically based on the destination of your order. Please keep in mind that the following delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Use this chart to help determine whether or not expedited shipping is needed.
