What is the deal with your One Year, Free Repairs policy?
Accidents happen, we get it and we're here to help.
If you bought your gear less than a year ago, we'll cover the cost of labor and materials to get the issue fixed. You'll just be responsible for shipping to and from our repair facility.
Please send proof of purchase to qualify.
What is your warranty policy?
Our products are backed by a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects. For products that fall outside of this range, issues will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Warranty is only valid to the original owner.
How long will my repair take?
We do our best to get gear in and out within 2 weeks of receipt.
What's the difference between a repair and an alteration?
Alterations are considered to be customizations that help a garment work best for you. Whether that's lengthening the sleeves, swapping gasket or sock size, or converting to a different gasket style, alterations do not qualify for our One Year, Free Repairs policy.
On the other hand, a repair happens after an accident or normal wear and tear.
Do repairs qualify for free shipping if the total is over $99?
No, repairs do not qualify for free shipping.
When can I ship my gear in?
Please do not ship gear until instructions are provided by the shipping team.
