Repairs are now being accepted in Confluence, Pennsylvania, and White Salmon, Washington locations. Please make repair arrangements online.
The Confluence, Pennsylvania store will be open to walk-in customers starting May 15th as southwestern Pennsylvania counties move into the yellow phase of reopening. In line with the Governor’s recommendations, curbside drop off and pick up is available. Please wear a face covering and maintain social distancing if you stop by. If you feel unwell, please wait until you’re feeling better to visit.
Our White Salmon, Washington location is only available for curbside pickup.
Our distribution center is fully operational and following all CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines for cleanliness and transmission prevention of COVID-19. Our customer service team remains fully operational and available to assist with any customer needs remotely.

Immersion Research is supported by hundreds of dealers nationwide that could use and appreciate your support. As shops close and social distancing requires us to stay home, consider contacting your local dealers via email, phone, or website. They would be delighted to receive your call and assist you as needed. Any support you can provide to your dealers during this time will be much appreciated.

Immersionresearch.com remains open with our full catalog of products available. We are still shipping orders and our customer service team is standing by remotely.
Fourth. Repairs and an update.
Our repair facility is currently operational. If you have a repair please fill out a support ticket here. Please do expect delays as many of our repair staff has fully turned their efforts into producing PPE for medical facilities in our local communities. The Immersion Research team is working around the clock constructing surgical gowns.
