Step 1) Email us at prodeal@immersionresearch.com with your name, email address and either your industry affiliation information, rafting company info, or a copy of your ACA Level 4 or 5 instructor certificate. (Or whatever documentation will prove your eligibility for a pro deal) Please black out any personal or banking information.
*New for 2021 - to be eligible for a pro deal, you will need to provide proof of current American Whitewater membership in addition to current industry credentials. If you're already a member, please send a photo of your membership card or membership status from the AW website. Not a member? Sign up here.*

Step 2) Wait patiently. Likely, 24-48 hours.
Step 3) We will email you an activation link.
Step 4) Activate your account and start shopping.

Step 6) Commence boating.
